OfflineThey are computers or servers connected to the Ethereum network that store a copy of the entire block history and help confirm and process transactions. Nodes interact with each other, exchanging information about new blocks and transactions, and checking them for correctness. This is necessary to ensure the security and reliability of the network. Unlike nodes in other cryptocurrencies, Ethereum nodes must be able to execute smart contracts, which requires more resources. When using Getblock, you can run your own Ethereum node on your computer and participate in the network, access blockchain data, and create smart contracts.
