Windows 11 Update Error: Code 0x800f0831 - How to Fix?-Forum-Culture Informatique

Hello everyone,

 

I recently tried updating my Windows 11 machine; but I keep encountering an error with the code 0x800f0831 during the installation process. I have checked my internet connection and even disabled my antivirus; but the issue persists. I’ve also tried running the Windows Update Troubleshooter; but it didn’t resolve the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this error?

Are there any specific logs I should check; or steps I can take to resolve the issue?
