I sell various chairs in my offline store and sometimes there are no specific items in my assortment, just like in any store. Customers can come for a specific product in my catalog. Have you thought about creating a website for your business? I’m sure there will be demand, possibly from other cities. As for an offline store, I think you can try creating QR codes for all the products in the catalog so that customers can scan them and see a 360-degree view of the chair if it’s not currently in stock in the store.
