When I feel down, I often turn to comedy as a way to improve my mood. Comedy shows and movies have an amazing effect on the psyche, helping to forget about problems at least for a while. I am always looking for new comedians who can make me laugh, because genuine laughter is the best way to relieve tension. How often do you think it is worth « treating » yourself with laughter, and which comedians have recently made you laugh until you cried?

I hear you, man. Comedies are a really great way to lift your spirits. I recently found an interesting article about 7 Mexican Comedians to Brighten Your Day, and each one is unique in its own way. They can definitely lift your spirits, so read the article as you have time. If you don’t have a favorite comedian, try watching any of them – they might become your favorites.
