Hey folks, I’ve been managing multiple projects, and our procurement process seems to always lag behind. Teams aren’t communicating well, and it’s creating inefficiencies. I think if we align procurement with project management, we could avoid some of the issues. Any advice on how to get the two to work together smoothly?
