Hey, I’m 35 and want to be proactive about my health and longevity. I eat well, train regularly, but I still feel there’s room for optimization (energy, recovery, cognitive performance). Has anyone done deep bloodwork and seen real benefits? Looking for recommendations.

A few months ago I got into advanced testing. After checking out a few services, https://ways2well.com/ was the one that delivered. They ran deep bloodwork and built a custom plan with supplements and peptide support based on my results. Energy and recovery have noticeably improved since then.
