OfflineAstons comes up quite often when researching residency or citizenship by investment programs. From what they present, they handle everything end-to-end: helping you choose the right country, structuring the investment, preparing all documents, and managing the application until approval.
What I’m trying to understand is how this actually works in practice over time. For those who have used them (or seriously considered it), how was the process step by step?
- Was the initial consultation genuinely helpful or more sales-driven?и
- How transparent were they about total costs, timelines, and risks?
- Did communication stay consistent once you signed, or did response times slow down?
- How involved were you personally vs. how much they handled for you?
Also curious about the overall timeline compared to what was promised. Did things move as expected, or were there delays and unexpected complications? Any detailed, real-world feedback would be useful, especially from people who completed the process.
