I wanted to ask if bloating and back pain is common, especially in women.

I often experience bloating and back pain around digestion issues and sometimes around hormonal changes too. It feels like my stomach and lower back are both uncomfortable at the same time.

Is this something others experience? What usually helps reduce bloating and back pain in your case?
