OfflineI’m helping my company organize archived emails from a former employee, and most of the messages were saved as MSG files. Since we no longer have Outlook installed on the machine where these files are stored, I’m looking for an easy way to access them.
I recently came across MSG Viewer Pro, but I haven’t used it before. My main concern is whether it can handle a large archive without missing important email details.
I’m curious about a few things:
Does it show attachments, sender details, and email headers properly?
Can it preview MSG files without importing them first?
Is it suitable for reviewing thousands of emails?
How stable is it when working with older Outlook MSG files?
Are there any better tools that you’ve personally used?
I’d love to hear recommendations from anyone who has worked with MSG Viewer Pro or similar software. Real-world feedback would be really helpful before I spend time testing different options.
