Hi everyone,
I’m currently setting up an RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tool for onboarding new clients and am running into a few issues. The tool seems to be working fine in terms of remote deployment, but I’m having trouble with the reporting features. It doesn’t seem to be gathering all the necessary data, and I’m not sure if it’s a configuration problem or something else.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any tips on how to ensure that all critical reports are being captured correctly from the start? Also, are there any settings or best practices I should be aware of to improve the visibility of clients’ environments? ragdoll hit
