Got two cars acting up at once and I just want a place that can handle both without the runaround-Forum-Culture Informatique

It never rains but it pours right and of course right as my work schedule goes completely mental my wife’s X5 starts making a concerning clunk from the front end over speed bumps and my own little Fiesta ST decided today was the day the AC would start blowing warm air like it’s on strike for better working conditions and I honestly don’t have the mental bandwidth to schlep two different cars to two different specialists in opposite ends of the city and then try to coordinate rides back and forth. I was complaining about this to a guy at the gym and he just laughed and said why don’t you find somewhere that does everything and I realized I’ve been so locked into the mindset of taking German cars to the German guy and Fords to the Ford guy that I hadn’t even considered looking for a proper one stop shop that actually knows their way around multiple brands and won’t give me the « we don’t usually work on these » spiel. I ended up on a website for a place that seems to Explore complete auto care solutions across a pretty wide range of stuff and honestly just the thought of dropping both cars off in one place and picking them up fixed without having to explain the same problem six times to six different people sounds like a dream at this point. The X5 clunk is probably just a sway bar link I hope and the Fiesta AC might just need a recharge but I’m bracing for the possibility that the compressor is toast and I’m just praying that whichever shop I end up at can actually diagnose properly instead of just guessing because my patience for back and forth this month is officially at zero and I’d rather just know the worst and get it over with.
