I’m currently researching options to build a high-quality property website and feeling a bit confused with so many agencies available. I’ve seen many recommendations to work with a real estate web design company, but I’m not sure how to identify the right one.

What should I check first? Portfolio, client reviews, or technical skills like speed and SEO? Also, how important is it for the company to have experience specifically in real estate projects rather than general web design?

Another thing I’m thinking about is long-term support. Do most agencies provide ongoing updates and maintenance, or is that usually separate?
