To qualify for a nursing visa sponsorship in the US, you must first be a licensed registered nurse in your home country with a recognized nursing degree. Then, pass the NCLEX-RN exam, which is required to practice in the US. You must also demonstrate English proficiency by passing tests like the IELTS or TOEFL, especially if you were educated in a non-English-speaking country. Have your educational and professional credentials evaluated by the CGFNS or a similar agency. Once these requirements are met, you can apply to US employers or recruitment agencies that sponsor international nurses. Upon receiving a job offer, your employer will initiate the visa process, typically through the EB-3 visa, enabling you to work legally in the US.
